Sleek and exceedingly stylish, designer Marie Christine Dorner presents the reverse of her iconic Cover sofa. The Cover is unveiled to reveal Uncover, a sofa enveloped in a layer that fits its structure like a glove, or a second skin. A streamlined, compact and dynamic sofa characterised by clean lines and smooth forms, it is entirely constructed from foam. Extremely soft and comfortable, it is as light to transport as it looks. Uncover was created for by Marie Christine Dorner for Ligne Roset. The designer, interior architect and graduate of the ©cole Camondo, Paris created her first furniture collection a year later for Id©e, before opening her first office in Paris. Her projects are renowned for their incredible diversity, spanning architectural projects, work for private clients and designs for prestigious brands. Marie-Christine Dorner has lectured in both London and France, and was awarded the Grand Prix du Design de la ville de Paris in 1995.

Composition: structure in high resilience Bultex foam (36kg/m3 - 2.7 kPa, 38 kg/m3 - 3.6 kPa). Base in polyether foam (28 kg/m3 - 4.8kPa, 34 kg/m3 - 6.4 kPa). Core of settee armrests in moulded foam, density 42 kg/m3 €“ 48 kPa. The entire structure is clad in 110 g/m² polyester quilting.
