Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup through our returns portal for larger furniture items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
